Immersed in the quiet 450 meters from the Scoglio del Coccodrillo, 800 meters from the first white beach of the Salento coast, Villa Salentu is a former riding school built in 1957 where thoroughbred horses were bred. In June 2024 the renovation and energy requalification was completed and now it is a two-story villa divided into 3 independent mini apartments: Lu Sule, Lu Mare, Lu Ientu, which overlook a 10 thousand square meter plot bordering the Ionian Sea: during the day the view of the sea is breathtaking, at night the view of the starry sky is a real luxury. It is located 2.5 km from the city of Pulsano and the same distance from that of Leporano, in the province of Taranto. Salento begins here.

Last but not least: the host.

Walter lives inside the structure itself with Ugo, his black, hairy and cowardly stray. He takes care of the reception, of taking care of his guests, of recommending the right places and the Salento itineraries not to be missed. Both in summer and winter. He is a singer-songwriter, a former advertising copywriter, he loves to travel, the smell of freshly brewed coffee, the sound of the sea, eating sweets, cooking, plants and barbecues in company.

How are cancellations handled?

A reservation becomes effective when 30% of the agreed amount is paid. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the aforementioned deposit will be lost.

Are pets welcome?

Absolutely Yes. Villa Salentu welcomes pets. In this case Ugo will be the host who will take care of your furry friend.

What services does Villa Salentu offer included in the price?

Included services may vary. We usually offer Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and linens. A shuttle service to and from the airport can be arranged, as well as general concierge activities.
